The month, running from March 28 to April 28 2011, has been set up following research conducted by Slumberdown into the nations sleeping and waking habits. The aim of National Wake-up Well month is to highlight the importance of a good night’s sleep, the impact it has on our day-to-day lives and to reveal the best ways we can all wake up feeling well.
As part of National Wake-up Well month, Slumberdown has teamed up with independent sleep specialist Dr Neil Stanley in order to raise awareness of the steps people can take to ensure they sleep better and wake up feeling fully alert.
