Foetus
If you sleep in the position that is adopted in the womb, on your side with legs curled into the body, experts suggests you appear tough on the exterior, but you are in fact shielding yourself, as on the inside you are a sensitive person who can be shy on first meetings.
Log
Sleeping on your side, with both arms straight means you adopt the “Log” position and you are regarded as a sociable, laid back person, willing to accept and welcome strangers into your social crowds.
The yearner
Another side sleeper, the yearner sleeps with both arms out in front of them. The open arms at first suggest an open, welcoming nature, however, the yearner tends to be a suspicious person who deliberates and ponders carefully over decisions.
Soldier: A rigid position with both arms soldier-straight down by your sides suggests as a person you set high standards for you and those around you. Well regimented and reserved, you don’t like a fuss and tend to keep yourself to yourself.
Freefaller
Adopting the freefalling position means you sleep on your front, with your hands around the pillow, as if freefalling from a plane. On the exterior you are viewed as a confident, sociable person, however underneath you are self-conscious and don’t respond well to criticism.
Starfish
As the name suggests in this position you mimic the starfish, with arms and legs spread out across the bed. As an open person, this makes you a good listener and a great friend, always willing to help others. Although this means you have many friends, you do not like being in the limelight and will leave that role to be assumed by others in your circle.
